Common areas include spacious living room with 50“ Smart TV, Spacious dinning room, Kitchen with large French-doors fridge, stainless steel Microwave, etc. Washer and Dryer are on premises and free to use. All rooms in the house are occupied by local students. Owner’s son occupies one of the rooms and attends CIA. Email for an appointment or any additional information. Pricing varies by room size: $1095 and $1195. 1 month security deposit required. Flexibility on credit check, can be from student or jointly with parent or other co-signer.
