Got a spare room in my apartment available, apartment has its own kitchen with empty cupboards along with shared bathroom. AC has cooling and heating, but heating is almost never needed. complex has a swimming pool as well as a laundry room should you have bigger loads, internet is included with living room available for anyone to use. parking is first come first serve so you can park wherever. Internet is included with the apartment as well. Outside the complex is several fast food restaurants as well as a Food city across the street. If you’re a student for UA there is a shuttle service you can use.

I am a 24 year old guy currently on my last year at U of A. I tend to keep to my room as I’m often playing video games, but I can talk if you’d like!
