The apartment is a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment with a small pantry kitchen area, a dining room and living room. There is a decent sized yard that is mostly fenced in.
Your room is unfurnished, however the rest of the apartment is furnished already.
There is 1 small dog who lives here and he is very friendly.
Rent is $1600 per month, so $800 each. Hoping to eventually add 1 more room mate so rent will be even less at that point.
About the roomies
1 room mate right now who works full time and is in grad school full time. Looking for another student or someone who has a reliable job.
