I’m currently sharing a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment, but my roommate is moving when our lease ends. Looking for someone to join the lease with me in June! I live in northern Manchester, between SNHU and the Millyard. I can see the Merrimack River from my room!

Term - 6/10/24 - 6/9/25

Amenities - Gym, library, billards, pool, tennis + basketball courts

Rent - $1,000 per month each

Rent includes heat, water, sewer, and gas; we would pay for wifi and electric. There is off-street and street parking. Laundry is located in the building too.

I’m easy-going and quiet. I work long hours, so I usually keep to myself during the week. I don’t have any pets, but I’m super open to living with them!
