Hi! I have a room available in Stamford Landing. The room is very private and has its own private bathroom attached. The room comes unfurnished however the rest of the house is fully-furnished. The house is very spacious 1,851 sq ft and all bathrooms and the kitchen are newly renovated. The property includes a community pool and hotter overlooking the harbor. We are just 5 minutes from the train station and a very short walk away from beautiful waterfront. It is myself and my girlfriend living here now (age 23/24) and we are looking to rent this room out to someone who is responsible, respectful, and enjoys a peaceful atmosphere. We are looking for a 6-month plus renter who is generally quiet, goes to work, and is nice to live with. We value cleanliness and tidiness in shared spaces, and we hope for someone who shares those values.
