Large Bed & Bath w/ Balcony (Palm Room). Fully rehabbed Edwardian (built 1886). Each bedroom has its own full bath. House on large lot with nice sun-filled backyard that has a putting green. Large bedrooms - was rehabbed to be a Bed & Bath (was B&B for six years). Room includes a smart TV.

A dog or a cat is an extra $50 per week and $100 for anything over nine nights (so for example if one were staying for one month it’d be $100 per month). An extra person (i.e. double occupancy) is $100 more per month. Driveway parking is $75 per month.

The house is only 1.5 blocks from two local bus stops (AC Transit) and two TransBay bus stops. The local bus goes to two different BART Stations - one in each direction. Also there are two Alameda ferries which go to San Francisco, which can be accessed by car, Uber / Lyft or bicycle (bikes allowed on the ferries). There are four bikes available to guests on a first-come basis.

There are two bus stops within two blocks, each is served by Transbay buses (the “O” line) and local buses (the 51A). The ferry to SF is within two miles and there is free parking. A public bus also goes to the ferry. BART can be reached via the 51A. There is free street parking always available too. It’s really easy to walk to most everything in Alameda. There are over 20 restaurants within a 10 minute walk. Finally there are 2 ferries to the city which provide parking. One can also take the bus to the ferry or ride a bike.

There is a laundry room that is available 7 days 24 hours a day, free of charge.

Everyone living here is a responsible adult. There are two full-size kitchens and everyone has access to one of them with refrigerator / freezer space and a shelf for dry goods. The kitchen is fully furnished as is the entire house.
