Renter Beware. Public Announcement.

The homeowners that go by “Amy” and “Frank” will be renting rooms in this house, but renter beware. They will take away house privileges that are included in the rent. Amy has manic mood swings yelling and screaming following tenants around like a crazy lady. They will not return your deposit and if you ask for your deposit, they will create a very hostile living environment. Kitchen and laundry privileges are included in your month-to-month rental agreement as are the furnished rooms, but this could change depending on the owner’s mood and she will demand the furniture in your room back including the bed you sleep on! This is a breach of contract as the rental includes these furnishings! Frank monitors cameras in the house all day. Cameras inside and outside the house. The owners do not work. They are home 24/7 monitoring cameras. Females this is a creepy living space knowing you are being watched by Frank from his room where he sits and hides out all day watching cameras. If you’re a female, you won’t know Frank lives there it is not disclosed when you sign the lease. There are multiple renters in this house, one tenant practices white magic, spells and communicates to Satan (his words not mine). He identifies as a witch. As a Christian, this made me uncomfortable living under the same roof. This house is not for everyone. Please Beware of Amy and Frank (their aliases). They are Taiwanese- Americans. Let’s shut down bad landlords. They take our money but don’t give us any respect as renters. We pay their mortgage payment. Without us they would lose their homes.
