Hello! I have an unfurnished single room and private bathroom available in my home between Milton and Woodstock, not far from the intersection of Arnold Mill Rd and 140.

I try to live sustainably and I compost my food waste. I ask that my roomate use my composting system and not throw food waste in the garbage. I also recycle.

If you have a dog or cat and they are non-shedding, we can discuss having them here as well, but it depends on their breed, size and personality. I will ask a higher rent and deposit amount in that case.

The photos of the living room, dining room and kitchen are from before I moved in. The living room and dining room are fully furnished now. The most important thing for me is a good fit for both of us.

There would only be two of us living in the main part of the house, which is about 2,000 square feet total. I use the third bedroom as my home office. We have an in-law suite with its own kitchen and bathroom. The only thing we share with the in-law suite person is washer, dryer, and basement area for storage.

I have three friendly dogs, all are non-shedding/hypoallergenic. Monai weighs 36 lbs, Soleil weighs 26 lbs, Pasco weights 17 lbs.
