The property is located in a community that is 2/3 miles away from the center of RTP(Research Triangle Park), meaning it is pretty convenient for professionals working for Fidelity, IBM, CISCO, MICROSOFT, ORACLE, and other companies around RTP. There are quite several grocery stores including Walmart and other stores nearby. It’s very near to the I-40 highway, probably like 2 minutes once you take the 282 exits. It should be convenient for healthcare professionals as well who are working in the nearby hospitals like Duke, Brier Creek Healthcare Facilities and Wake Med.
