Sublease Available in Tierra Santa, Villa Monterey Community

Hello everyone! I’m looking to find someone to sublease my room in Tierra Santa’s Villa Monterey community. The sublease is available from May 1st to August 1st, with the move-in date being negotiable. There’s also an option to renew the lease.

Room Details: Master bedroom: 15ft x 13ft, with a private bathroom and a large full wall closet. Comes furnished, but furniture can be removed if you prefer.

House Features: 2000sqft townhome with plenty of space. In-unit washer/dryer. Den/game room upstairs for extra space. Garage for parking. Community pool available.

You’ll be living with two other guys who are laid-back and enjoy a good time. We have two snakes (Fey and Atreius) in the house, but no other pets.
