The house is located in Cedar Crest NM a 10 minute drive from Albuquerque. Two room combo with private restroom in large shared house in the mountains. WiFi dog door and fenced back yard. If you like to get away from the noise traffic and crime of the city, and live in the fresh mountain air in a forested area, but at the same time have quick access to the city, this place is for you. I am a male AF veteran, looking for housemate, male or female. No drugs or smoking. Dog in the house would be acceptable as long as they are house trained. Doggy door available in sun room. House sits on one acer of forested land with property’s perimeter fenced. Beautiful place. Electric bill divided between us equally. There is a pellet stove for anyone to use during winter. Kitchen living room and other spaces will be shared. Roommate must pay on time every month and must clean after him/her self. Plenty of parking, and 1 garage space available. I have lots of storage room. Large storage shed on the property. I don’t have much furniture so if you have some, there is space. Only one stop sign at the end of street. All highway till you get to one of the ALB exits. Never heavy traffic. Especially Ideal if you work at or near Kirtland AFB. Move in, move out at any time.
