Private room and bath in a Townhouse located La Costa, Carlsbad. Available April 1st-non-furnished and all utilities included. Private bathroom with shower only and private room which you can bring your bed or blow-up mattress. Access to full Townhouse and I have four pets-3 small dogs and 1 cat so much not be allergic. TV hookup in room is a possibility if needed but wireless is available and main TV is downstairs. Prefer a professional who is not home 24/7 as I work from home and someone who is very quiet, clean and likes animals. Parking is on the street, W/D in unit and small pool on the property. This is a short term rental for now and can do month to month as a trial basis. Pictures can be sent if interested.

I work from home so I am a homebody and only want someone who works out of the house and is super quiet who is okay with pets. This is a very strict and quiet property so no parties without prior approval or loud noise and no smoking. I prefer professionals over the age of 40 and perfect for travelers or workers who wish to come here for a month at a time. I can provide the mattress if needed.
