The room is pretty spacious, a queen side bed can fit and desk with room left over. Wood floors as well with an average size closet. Kitchen and living room access. Once a week laundry day. Been living here for 12 years no issues with the neighborhood.

I’m 19 year old student renting this townhouse with my sister and her fiancé. Also living with us is our grandmother and another roommate. There’s two cats and a dog with us. We’ve been living here for quite a bit but we need someone to fill out the extra room. We’re just cautious with guest ( no over night male guest). We’re looking for someone who can clean up after shared common areas. Were just looking for someone who can vibe with us.
