Looking for a roommate to share a massive, old-school Victorian in Naglee Park. The place is 1,200 sq. ft. It’s got all the classic character: hardwood floors, high ceilings, and beautiful crown molding.
The Setup: Your own private room (it’s a good size). Shared bathroom. Private parking spot (no hunting for street parking!). No washer/dryer on-site, but laundromats are close by.
The Deal: The rent is $1000 including utilities, which is a steal for this area.
I travel a lot for work and vacation. I’m looking for someone I can totally trust while I’m gone. I need someone who is naturally quiet and clean to make sure the house stays in good shape and the landlord stays happy. You’ll honestly have the place to yourself a good chunk of the time.
About You: Ideally, you’re a chill professional or student who appreciates a quiet, home. If you’re looking for a party house, this isn’t it, but if you want a massive, beautiful space for a great price, we’ll probably get along great.
