Close to mall , restaurants, retail, shopping. APP FEE $45. RENT $850-$1050 depending if you want shared bathroom or master bed room with private bath room DEPOSIT $250 is refundable when move out after inspection ..

Each room has queen size bed , desk , end table and closet . Share common area : kitchen , dining room living room . Must make 3x rent have job / income Good rental history No eviction no bankruptcy

I travel a lot between TN and MS . I want somebody who will take care of the house like it’s their own and can clean up after themself . This is 4 Bedroom for home in a very quiet neighborhood . Rooms are fully furnished with queen size bed , pillows , comforters, end table , work desk and closet space for clothing . Each bedroom with lots of natural light and ceiling fan . I have private room with share bath room and private master bed room with private bath room . Prices varies 850-1050 depending on the room sizes , each room will have lock-set with key. If you want you can bring your own Furniture, if you don’t have any or just starting over , my house is your house . You are welcome to use my kitchen coffee maker , , pots , pans , dishes , utensils etc… I can do long terms or short terms lease . Working professionals are welcome . Must be employed / produced income Have good rental history No eviction please
