2 bedroom 2 bath condo. renting 1 room out. $1000 a month not including utilities. internet and utilities are split. you will have full access to the place. washer and dryer in condo. has bbq and balcony. I already have a cat so no animals. you will get you own parking spot next to the unit. gated community. will be a month to month bases. we can talk about a long lease after a few months.
no smoking allowed, drinking ok. no parties allowed. if you having a girlfriend or boyfriend over i need to be notified.
Need the following 2x the rent income and at least 1 year of work.
