Refrigerator and cabinets will be shared 50/50. PG&E and Internet will be split between the two of us. Water and garbage are included in the rent. There is no smoking in the unit. No overnight guest unless discussed beforehand. There is a pool in the complex that is open for summer. Located in downtown San Ramon close to The City Center, Target, and Bishop Ranch Business center. Near 680/580 freeways. Soonest move in date would be middle of May. The condo is dog and cat friendly as long as they(dog) do not bark too much.
