Thomas's room

Our property which sits on .25 acre is situated in East Pflugerville just off the toll on Kelly lane behind Blackhawk in the Avalon Community. We have a local community pool within walking distance. It’s easy access to the tolls, downtown Austin is 20 minutes away. Also close to Round Rock, Hutto and Manor. Large companies nearby are Samsung and Amazon. The community is quiet and the noise is very low. The room is unfurnished and you’ll have access to your on Bathroom and the laundry room is near. Also as you can see the living, dining and kitchen are large and an open area.

My partner and I work here in the Pflugerville community. We enjoy the outdoors and we also enjoy quiet evenings at home both of us are active in the community. Neither of us smoke nor do we do drugs. We do have 2 small dogs who are very friendly.
