The house is in a good neighborhood and street, conveniently walking distance from a shopping plaza and food establishments. Looking for a clean, organized, caring, helpful roommate. Also, I’m open to adding or removing furniture as needed. Home has clothes washer, dryer, and central air conditioning.

I work and travel a lot. I work a ton of hours and keep very busy with work and family. Therefore, I am hardly around. I am kind, respectful, trustworthy, chill, understanding, fun person with a good sense of humor. I am very easy to get along with and talk to. Not looking for anyone with drama.
