House-share. Nicely furnished bedroom in a beautiful, safe, serene setting. Private use of large loft with sectional sofa and Smart TV. Full access to kitchen and laundry. In-ground swimming pool, fishing pond with dock, large detached workshop with electricity. Secluded, small neighborhood of estate homes, each on 2 acres with wide roads– great for running, walking, casual biking. Easy access to Memphis (14 minutes to airport in routine traffic). Pets accepted on a case by case basis.

I recently retired early from the federal government; I’m also a military veteran. Interior decorating, books, travel, casual hiking, and health and fitness are primary interests. I enjoy art galleries, documentaries, lectures, and philosophical discussions with friends. I don’t often cook, but you’re welcome to do so. I’m responsible, considerate, fairly private, clean and organized (and looking for same). My visitors will respect your privacy and be considerate of noise. Sorry, no overnight guests, although an additional bedroom is available for out of town guests (would need to be discussed/agreed upon beforehand).
