Alexis's room

Hi! We have a roommate moving out after this spring semester because she is graduating. We are looking for another great roommate that would be able to move in this June. The house is a 12 month lease that is $450 a month not including utilities. The whole house is furnished and only the room that is for rent is going to be empty. We have a decent sized backyard.

My name is Alexis and I’m a nursing major. I will hopefully graduate the spring of 2025. I have a boyfriend, Matthew, that also stays here and we share a room. He majored in animal science and graduated the fall of 2023. The other roommate is my twin sister who is a kinesiology major at Tarleton and she will be sharing the bathroom with whoever will get this room. We have a Texas heeler and she’s uncomfortable around people she doesn’t know but will love you overtime. Me, my boyfriend, and sister all went to high school together so we all know each other pretty well and we are hoping to find a roommate for this 2024-2025 school year.
