Hi everyone! I am looking for a female student to take over my room in a 4x4 apartment at Union Tempe till the end of the lease period, July 31st 2024. The move-in date is as early as April 1st, 2024. After this lease period, lease renewal is possible. The apartment is conveniently located closely to the ASU campus which is about 10-15 min walking distance as well as the center of Tempe. The unit comes fully furnished with an equipped kitchen and a joint living room, in unit dryer/washer. The room has a walk in closet, a bed with drawers, a desk. There is also a private bathroom for each resident in the apartment. The base rent is $1262.32, all utilities are included except electricity. The apartment also has a balcony. The complex has various amenities such as 24/7 gym, a pool on 5th floor, study rooms and pool house.

The other residents in the apartment are three other female ASU students in their 20s. They are in their last year studying topics like environmental studies and organizational leadership.
