Brand new A/C, washer and dryer, private refrigerator, driveway parking, mini deck, newly installed hardwood floors, free streaming, free WiFi, EV charging, solar, furnished if needed! Current tenants are two females in their 20’s. No dogs , cats are ok. No drugs, no smoking, limit 1 overnight guest per week. Female preferred
