I have one bedroom space available to rent in a small 900 sqft home. Home has ductless heat and AC, free WIFI, shared bathroom, washer and dryer. Home has converted garage to bedroom that I use as a workout room which includes forced air heating, carpet and closet space. Home is in a quiet area around nature but close to the city bus and town of west of Olympia. Home was built in 1985 so is not newer by any means but comfortable and quiet with a front yard garden if you enjoy gardening.

Am seeking a long term/perm renter. Only asking that you pay 1/2 of Heat and Water every month. That you are neat, clean, non smoker/drug user and you enjoy Wildlife/Animals since I am around them often (Coyotes, Raccoons, Crows ect.) I have only one indoor Cat so you must love Cats.

Prefer a female of older age, no couples, no pot, no parties or visitors and no pets. I live a very introverted lifestyle and you must be ok with that. Driveway parking available.

I am a straight 57 year old Man. Non smoker, non drug user who enjoys wildlife and nature. I am usually always home. My income is from SSDI and I do not drive. I am easy to get along with with no criminal record.
