I am looking for a sublet to fill a double. I will be graduating in June and will be going back home. My lease ends on August 24th so you would be living here until then. The location is close to 3 major areas: Downtown, the Beach, and the UCSC Campus. You would potentially be getting your own parking space (if you contact me soon enough).

• 𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬: 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐞 𝟏𝟓, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟒 through 𝐀𝐮𝐠𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝟐𝟒, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟒.

• 𝐑𝐞𝐧𝐭: $711 a month

• 𝐁𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬: Water and electricity usually come out to <$80 a month per person

• 𝐁𝐞𝐝𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐦: Will be sharing the room with one other person who is usually working. Fully furnished, you get a frame+mattress, a desk, and a large wardrobe closet.

• 𝐁𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐦: Shared by 4 people, but it is always clean and available when needed

• 𝐊𝐢𝐭𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐧: Shared by all 8 people, but only 𝟐/𝟖 people actually cook. Always available

• 𝐂𝐚𝐫: Driveway that can fit 4 cars, one spot will open up (mine) after I leave which you can take

(𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐢𝐦𝐞𝐫) One person in the house has an emotional support cat. However, he is very calm/friendly and is outside during the day.

The house is very calm, the housemates are all respectful and are always out working or at school. All are mature college students, with no partying or rowdiness. They are also very friendly
