2 bed/1 bath apartment shared with a roommate.

Looking for just one other person, preferably in their 20s and compatible with my current roommate who is really nice.

I am a cruise ship musician and will be away from about June 1st, 2024 to February 1st, 2025 and am looking to sublet my room in Asheville, NC.

The apartment is near Sand Hill Elementary School, it’s about 10 minutes away from West Asheville and 15 minutes from downtown.

Dates are flexible, but would prefer someone who would be able to stay for the duration of my time working on the ship.

Utilities are not included but are split. Wifi is about $27 each, water is every other month and comes out to about $75 each, and electric is every month and usually around $75. Utilities vary a little each month depending on usage (except wifi).

I have a bed, desk, and side table I would prefer to leave in the room while I’m gone but I will be taking all personal items out of the room.

There is also a shared backyard with the neighbors and a two-car driveway as well as street parking.

The landlords do not allow any type of pets and no smoking in the unit.

My current roommate is awesome, his name is Thomas and he is friendly, funny, and respectful. Before moving in we’d both like to meet potential subletters.
