Roommate Wanted for our Large & Medium rooms: Geeks, artists, and nature lover paradise on the Chehalis River! Large room $950, Medium room $850 + utilities (about 100 a month)

We’re seeking a like-minded individual to join our vibrant household, nestled on the scenic banks of the Chehalis River. Spread over a lush 60-acre estate, our home is an escape into nature’s embrace without leaving the digital world behind. We’re also within walking distance to downtown Chehalis!

Features:

Our property boasts a variety of fruit trees including apple, pear, walnut, and plum. Enjoy fresh fruits straight from the tree or engage in gardening and farming activities. Have tractor!

Fishing and Wildlife: With direct access to the Chehalis River, fishing is just a few steps away. The area is rich in wildlife, offering regular sightings of deer and opportunities for rock hounding.

Gamer’s Retreat: Inside, our house is equipped with high-speed internet and access to a huge library of games. Whether you’re into magic the gathering, console wars, PC gaming, or tabletop adventures, you’ll find your spot here.

Community Living: Share your living space with fellow gamers and geeks. Our common areas are designed for comfort, collaboration, and epic game nights.

Flexible Space: Have your own camper? We’ve got space for that too! Live in your personal haven while enjoying communal areas and the great outdoors.

What We’re Looking For:

Contributions to household chores and upkeep.

We already have 3 dogs. I’d prefer no more pets, but I’m open to discussing it
