The room has its own restroom, shower and sink. It has a large kitchen and a cozy living room. There is a washer and dryer in the one car garage. Utilities would be $50 a month depending on use it could go up.
It is a smoke free and pet free no nonsense peaceful environment. Good communication is required per the house rules. You will need to turn in a credit score, background check and 3 rental references. $300 deposit. 12 month term. First month and last month’s payment is due with the deposit before moving in.
