I’m looking for someone to sublease my apartment for the summer. It’s a private master bedroom in a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment, with a female working professional (medical resident).
The available space is a generously-sized master bedroom with a convenient walk-in closet. The apartment is located near UTC in a nice neighborhood, 5 min drive to UCSD.
The sublease can begin in June (start date is flexible) and will conclude on August 31st.
The rent is $1843/month, plus utilities.
The person needs to be:
A female
Non-smoker
No pets
Apartment amenities: Gated parking available In unit laundry AC/ heater gym/racket ball courts Billards/gaming area Business center Swimming pool/sauna
About the roomies
You will have only 1 housemate who is a female working professional (medical resident) and be out in the day. We keep the house smoke free and pet free. We also keep the house neat and as quite as possible and don’t have parties in the house.
