Steven's room

A private 200 square foot bedroom in a 740 square foot apartment. The bedroom has a walk in closet and is furnished with a double-size mattress and bed-frame, a dresser, and a desk. Note that the bedsheets clothing and such are mine and I will take them when I leave. The furniture itself comes with the room. The apartment features a large kitchen and a shared full bathroom. The apartment itself is spacious, about 740 square feet. Each bedroom is about 200 square feet. There is a large window and plenty of natural light in each bedroom as well as the main living/dining room area. The apartment is a one minute walk from the DART bus, and a 10 minute walk from the University of Delaware campus. The building complex has more than enough parking spaces for every apartment if you have a car. Rent is 737 dollars a month plus utility charges.

I’m leaving and need to find a roommate to replace me. My roommate is doing a Ph.D in economics at the University of Delaware.
