Yara's room

Hi everyone! I have a lovely 2 bed 2 bath apartment in Upland for $1200 a month plus utilities. It’s pet friendly, and there’s a lot of open street parking around the area. Looking for a female roommate to share it with, preferably someone who is communicative and respectful! The room is unfurnished but the living room and kitchen are mostly furnished.

I’m a 22 year old graduate student! I’m friendly and fairly clean but not obsessive about it, I don’t mind a little mess here and there as long as it’s not too much all the time. I care about open communication and respecting boundaries!
