Existing space has male roommates. Shared spaces are kitchen, family, bath, laundry, basement that has bar area and a theater room. Two car garage.

Lease: 12 months ( Lease renewal April last week) Rent: ~ $730 per person + utilities

Square footage: 3600 Sqft

There are 2 full bathrooms, one half bathroom, and a large tub in one of the rooms (see pictures)
