Jackie's room

It’s a 4 bedroom house in the Orchards area of Vancouver. Prospective renter would have two rooms to themselves for the listed amount: the master suite on the main floor and a large bonus room on the second floor. The rest of the main floor is shared space (living room, dining room, half bath, kitchen and laundry room). Garage is currently used for storage and we have a 2 car driveway.

I’m a (38F) single mom living here with my 7 year old daughter, and my girlfriend (34F). We have a cat (roams the house freely) and a bearded dragon (confined habitat in my room). I have a TON of board games and love to play whenever I can. We’re pretty quiet most of time.
