Jeremy's room

A room is available in a 4-bedroom house in Capitola, located in a nice neighborhood behind Trader Joe’s. The bedroom is large (11’4“ by 12’2“ with a cutout area that is 4’ by 4’) and includes a walk-in closet. The room gets plenty of natural sunlight and has a vaulted ceiling.

The current residents include two guys and one girl, a mix of young professionals and UCSC graduate students.

The common areas include a large living room, family room, and kitchen. There is available storage space in the garage and a nice backyard with a working BBQ. There is a washer and dryer in the house and a laundry room. Included in the rent is a monthly cleaning service for all common areas, including bathrooms, and a gardening service.

The lease is month-to-month and there can be some flexibility in lease duration if needed.
