• Rent: $1175 (first and last month plus $250 security deposit = $2600 when moving in)
• Utilities: heat and water are included, wifi and electricity average $50 per person

• No pets please

• Bedroom and living room will be mostly unfurnished (roommate may leave some furniture)

I’m 22, female, work full time as an admin assistant at a hospital. When not at work I like to read or do puzzles or go to the gym. On weekends I like to explore Boston and go for walks outside. I’ve lived here for almost a year and love the apartment and location.
