The unit has a large balcony with a nice view over water and Olympic mountains. close to downtown, public transportation, shopping, restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. All the utilities services (including water and trash) are included, except for the electricity which is shared. Can be furnished with a twin bed, or unfurnished if you like to have your own furnitures. no smoking. no pet.

You are to share with another single, quiet and well organized male tenant who works and stays in his room most of time at home
