Hi! Looking for a roommate (female only) to move into my 2bd 2ba apartment in Ora Flagler Village starting June 1st. The complex has a pool and a gym. The apartment has a balcony, as well as a large kitchen and living room. The rent is $1500 + utilities.

I’m 24 and I work from home so I will be home a lot. I am very friendly and like being around people. I enjoy going to the gym, the beach, festivals and going out, but I also love a night in. I love to cook and read. I am very clean and I have a lot of friends in the area so you will get to meet new people! I have a very sweet rescue dog named Daisy. No cats please (I am allergic) but I am open to another dog in the house as long as they meet prior. I’m looking for someone my age who is very clean and respectful, with a similar lifestyle.
