Your own bedroom, in a spacious and clean apartment. Your room has a private bathroom, internet, and secure parking space. The bedroom has a flat-screen tv, desk, and bed with a new mattress and pillows. The apartment has a huge patio overlooking the Los Feliz hills stunning view, lovely in the daytime as well during evenings. I have a projector stand for wine and movie nights on the patio. Living room with a big projector and fully functional kitchen with dishwasher.

The location is in Hollywood deli, 10 minutes to West Hollywood and 10 minutes to the Los Feliz area.

My name is Amanda; I’m in my early 30’s. Smoke-free. There’s some great hiking around the area that I take most every day. I’m creative and like to paint on the patio on a sunny day. As well as read in the hammock.

Traveling a lot, you would have the apartment on your own during that time, with two parking spots. I absolutely love my home, and I’m looking for a clean and friendly roommate.
