Small 10 x 10 room with closet. Twin bed but could fit a full size if you have one. Very Central yet quiet area of San Diego. Room can be furnished or unfurnished. No guests. Light Kitchen privileges and washer/ dryer upon request. 20 minute drive gets you pretty much anywhere. One block from bus routes that go downtown and trolley. 5 minute bus ride to Grossmont College and 25 minute bus route to SDSU. Trolley can be caught from taking bus or walk. Close enough to downtown and beaches yet far enough away to be quiet and calm. Located on the border of La Mesa, Santee, El Cajon but officially in the city of San Diego.

We are varied , quiet and respectful. I’m female owner and work from home so I’m looking for someone that works outside the home. Respectfully share main bathroom mostly with one other person. Please be practical, tidy and minimalistically minded.
