Rent for the Bedroom is $985 (includes utilities).

Partially furnished. Furnishings may differ from what is shown in the photos. There is a small office/sitting room available for an additional fee if you work or study from home.

Ideal for a Professional, someone new to the area, Traveling Nurse or Student. Close to highways. Walking distance to bus stop. Neighborhood is mostly families and professional couples. Very safe quiet area, great for walking. Two nice large parks within walking distance. Both have hiking trails.

Close to SNHU, UNH, NH Institute of Arts and the Millyard. Several convenience stores, a Pasta specialty shop, and fresh fruit/vegetables market within walking distance.

I have a dog and a cat so you must love animals. Cat will be considered. There is an additional monthly fee and security deposit for pet. Must have current (within one year) wellness/health report from veterinarian and all shots must be up to date.

References required and proof of employment (or school). Month to month rental agreement required with security deposit.
