4 Bedroom, 2 story house in the Wolf Creek area at the end of a quiet cul de sac. Close to Pechanga Casino, Temecula Valley Hospital, Hwy 15, gas stations and shopping centers. Access to the kitchen, laundry room, living room and yard. Room is upstairs and comes with its own bathroom and shower. Rent includes Cable TV, WIFI, Gas, Electricity, Garbage and Water. Home has solar panels which come in handy in the summer. I’m the only roommate and owner of the house.

I can also rent the room as unfurnished since I have another empty bedroom available downstairs at a lower rent cost. Will consider lower rent for handyman work around the house if you have a family member who is a jack of all trades. Room can be rented on a month to month basis or on a lease.

I’m a 54 year old female. Recently divorced and I have 2 indoor cats which I’m looking at re-homing. My daughter moved out and didn’t take her pets with her. I’m an animal lover. Person moving in must love pets. I don’t smoke, drink alcohol or do any recreational drugs. I’m a Christian mom looking to rent a room to someone who needs a place to stay. I work full time in Temecula and go to the office everyday. I have 3 jobs and I’ll be out of the house most of the time since I work on weekends also.
