Zelig's room

This property is very spacious with high ceilings, and also on the first floor. Fully furnished with a nice medium sized kitchen and good sized bathroom (shower/tub) and bedroom! With a king size bed set up! Near a nice corner coffee shop and also North Central Park! The apartment has an elevator and there is laundry in the basement (washer/ dryer). Also another across the street! The area isn’t horrible but not NYC’s best. Out of 10 I’d rate it a 7. Safety wise - I’ve never had a problem over the 2 years being in the building as an ‘AfricanAmerican Male’ but also with that, the building is very diverse. African American/ African/ Asian/ Caucasian/ and more. So far (2 years) all good neighbors! This space is amazing over the spring/summer time when the city starts to bloom with people!

I’m a professional performer that has worked in the city over 7 years! An artist who’s traveled the world and has been on Broadway! I grew up in the south and has had a love/hate relationship with NYC🤷🏽‍♂️. Southerner at heart! The other renters are kind and helpful if you do need help or have questions. The ages range from 27/60!
