It’s the best deal in the area. Let me explain why. I am renting out one bedroom and bathroom in the house. However, I won’t be in the house for the majority of the year. I have a place in another state that I plan to go to. I will only be coming back occasionally for a week or two and will be staying in the master bedroom. So, you will be getting solo access to the majority of the home (back yard, washer dryer, garage, living room, dining room, kitchen) most of the time. You’re getting most of the house, for most of the year, for the price of renting a single room. The bedroom can come furnished or unfurnished. Your choice.

It’s a great 55+ neighborhood: safe, lots of fantastic amenities. If you pay a small fee you have access to the club facilities, pools, courts, gym, everything! And a parking spot in the garage.

Since I won’t be here for most of the year, you will be expected to put the utilities in your name and pay for them. That includes PG& E, Internet, Dish, & City of Lincoln water, sewer, and garbage (approx. $400 per month). When I am here, I will share the cost of the utilities and will pay you $10 per day.

I am an 88 year old male, generally in great health. I am very easy to get along with. I have one small, very mellow, dog that may, or may not come back with me. I love to ride bikes and be active.
