Deron's room

The house is located in Franklinton, between downtown and grandview. Seems a bit sketch, but in all honesty, it’s pretty quiet. I have been here for 3 yrs now. Easy access to the freeways and generally a quiet place. There’s plenty of parking space and a spacious backyard. You’d be situated in one of the upstairs bedroom. There are 2 full baths and 2 half baths. There’s laundry in the basement and a dishwasher in the kitchen. No smoking cigarettes or tobacco inside. There is a front and backporch to enjoy.

I’m 36yrs old and a pretty laid back individual that get along with most. Current roommate moved in with partner so, I have space available. I am extremely responsible and trustworthy. I enjoy a clean place and positive energy. I do have a dog, Hank. He’s sweet boy, but I do not expect any help with him, but please by all means, bond away 😁. I would love for this to be another positive experience, for both parties. I am big on making others feel as comfortable as possible. I would want you to make the space as much yours as it is mine.
