Hello! My housemates and I are looking for someone to take over a month-to-month single room with a shared bathroom. The house is a 6bed/3ba with a front and backyard, multiple restaurants/gyms/parks/cafes, and it is located in Rancho Penasquitos. We prefer someone who is clean, communicative, and respectful of space. Everyone is understanding, there just has to be communication. The shared bathroom is the bathroom downstairs and you will be sharing it with a male.

Details: • Single room 10x10 • Rent: $707.60/month (+deposit 1 month’s rent) • Unfurnished room, furnished house • Utilities (water/electric/gas/wifi) total: - Gas, electric and wifi bills are every month: ~ <$60/mo - Water bill comes every 3-4 months and adds an additional $35-50 with the house utilities so on every 3rd or 4th month, the total utility bills averages around <$100 for that month • Co-ed house (3 working professionals, 1 ucsd master’s student, 1 ucsd senior undergraduate student) (4 males/1 female) • Located in Rancho Penasquitos; quiet neighborhood • Right next to 56 freeway / 6 mins to 15 freeway • Nearby vons/ 24 hour fitness/ restaurants • Shared bathroom • Garage storage, driveway, plenty of street parking • Washer/dryer in unit • Central AC + heater • 15-20 minutes drive to UCSD (12 miles away) • alc friendly / 420 friendly; there’s a backyard • car dependent (must have car to get to anywhere) • Two cats roam the house

Everyone in the house is between the ages 23-26. With our roommate ending his research stay, he will be going back to Spain and the gender ratio is 4 males/1female. We all get along really well and we sometimes have lunch together, surf, or be out in the city and do something fun! We are looking for someone preferably female to try and balance the gender ratio. Everyone is UCSD-affiliated apart from one of our roommates who came from Texas.
