There are 2 sets of stairs in this fascinating floorplan, allowing the rental residents their own allotted staircase for minimal contact with the owner’s downstairs activities. Both stairwells are open and bright. All 3 rooms for rent are upstairs. A large community den and small kitchen are also upstairs. Large Smart TV in community den with Netflix, Disney Plus, Prime, Angel, YouTube, etc. The home is open and bright. Nice backyard with table, chairs and swing. Quiet neighborhood. A maid comes regularly. The kitchen is the size of a kitchenette, but includes sink, stove, oven, fridge, microwave and coffee maker, and is well stocked with all the usual kitchen supplies. Large double closet provides abundant pantry space for all. Dining area and kitchenette are in the large den. Gated parking is optional. I am not looking for roommates to socialize with particularly, but rather full-time employed tenants/professionals or those relocating needing 1-3 month initial lease arrangements, with the option to extend. However, the “right tenant” may be invited to stay long term, if desired. This spacious home is occupied by the homeowner (me) whose bedroom is upstairs at the other end of the hall from the rental rooms and whose living room, kitchen and business occupy the downstairs. As far as activities in the home, I have a chiropractic practice downstairs in the front of the house. I generally see scheduled patients on MWF 10-5, and am working in the downstairs office doing paperwork on T/R. I teach classes downstairs once weekly in the spring and fall, with an occasional semester in the summer. Since your living quarters are upstairs, there should be no conflict with your privacy. In the other 2 rooms, I have 2 wonderful tenants that are lovely, mature Christian women. We have a lovely, peaceful community. We respect each other’s privacy, but also enjoy not living alone. This is an excellent arrangement for just the right person!
