Hello everyone, I’m moving out so looking for a chill and tidy person to fill this bedroom at a co-ed 4 bed, 2 bath house in a quiet Fountain Valley neighborhood with 3 other housemates and you’ll be sharing a restroom with two of them. Preferably a student or working professional in their 20s to 30s.

Just about 10 mins away from Bella Terra, 5 mins from Miles Square Park, and a block away from the 405. Rent is $975 and utilities (gas, electricity, water) is split between the housemates around $80-$100. Deposit is $1000.

Washer and dryer included. Parking on driveway but also lots of street parking.

No pets as one of the housemates already has a cat living here.

The other housemates are two girls (mid 20s) and a guy (early 30s) plus his cat (idk the age lol). Everyone mostly keeps to themselves and does their own thing but otherwise they’re friendly, nice, and respectful. The girls do most of the cooking and they both work typical 9-5 jobs while the guy works around noon to like 11pm.
