I live in a lovely four bedroom three bath home. It is a three wing house so everyone has privacy. It is fully furnished with lovely furniture I usually rent to young professionals and enjoy their company. I have my doctorate and work virtually from home. I am very active, camping, hiking, a ton of groups. I appreciate people’s privacy and give them space. Love my fenced native landscaping, overflowing with butterflies, birds, red fox, humming birds. It is the most expensive area to live I balance it out with natural beauty’s I was a former Special Agent with the United States Department of Justice. II have in addition to the 4/3 s family room, attached large kitchen, living room, dining room and a huge covered backyard to relax, observe wildlife and a covered large front patio.
