Hi, I’m looking for a roommate. I have been approved for a 3 bedroom 2 bath house in Broadmoor. I have 2 cats and a dog, and there is a high likelihood that my boyfriend will also move in during September. When it’s just you and me, rent would be $975 each; with the boyfriend, $650 each. I’m a 7 out of 10 when it comes to cleaning (weekend cleaner, hate doing dishes but won’t let the sink fill up). I have full kitchen supplies and some furniture for shared spaces. House includes dining room, small backyard, washer/dryer hookups (I have a washer/dryer I’ll bring), and 1 car garage for storage (or art room, or whatever). Please message me and let’s discuss! I’m a 40 year old nonprofit professional with a dog and 2 cats. I’ve been in New Orleans for over 20 years. I like to camp, garden, cook/bake (yes, you get baked goods when you live with me), and I like “lived in” tidy. I run an annual festival at a local campground, 420 friendly, and I smoke outside. I tend toward either dinner parties or small social get-togethers (not a raucous party person).
