I have a beautiful spare bedroom that is only missing you! Must be cat friendly (cannot bring an animal). There is an off street parking area. I have laundry in unit, and you would truly only need you and your stuff! There’s a large dresser, large closet, shared common space, large bathroom. The condo is 1100 sqft

I would be the only other roommate. I’m single, barely 50 (but feel like I’m 27), fun, outgoing, laid back, friendly and kind. Looking for same-ish qualities. The building is small; I believe it has 24 condos total. It’s a quiet place, but you can still have fun & be loud-ish. I just let my neighbors know I’m having people over. I do this bc I’m an adult and care about the people and my surroundings.
